OkanaMed was founded in 2016 and is independently owned and operated by Tracey Heyworth.
​
Tracey is a Registered Respiratory Therapist RRT and Certified Respiratory Educator CRE (2012-2022). She has over 30 years experience as a respiratory therapist in intensive care and emergency settings.
Every client with sleep apnea has individual therapy needs. It is incredibly rewarding to work closely with clients, physicians and other healthcare providers to help clients achieve consistent usage and health benefits from the CPAP or BiPAP therapy their physician has prescribed. There are brilliant advances in diagnosis of sleep disordered breathing and also by the makers of CPAP masks and machines, providing a remarkable potential to help more people find comfortable and highly effective sleep apnea therapy.
